ST MAWES ONE DESIGN SAILS

Design & Build

All of our sails are designed using the very latest in 3D design software from Auckland NZ. With the ability to create (and re-create) the perfect aero foil shapes, together with digital photo technology enabling us to customise your sails precisely to your rig and produce the perfect suit of sails for your boat.

All the materials we use come from the worlds leading sailcloth manufacturers, who also either produce or supply all the hardware and finishing materials to complete your sails, to the highest quality available.

Mainsail

The sail comes complete with all the extra's required to give you the best from a racing sail - draft stripes, anti-collision window, tapered battens, tell-tales, sail numbers, class insignia & a foot length sail bag.

Jib

Also computer designed, the cambers are modified to suit local waters, again the sail comes with anti-collision window, roller sleeve, draft stripes, tell-tales & foot long sail bag.

Covers

Jib Sock: Our Jib Sock is made in Odyssey, a light but strong waterproof Terylene fabric in a complete range of colours, which c ome with turnbuckle fittings.

Over-boom

We have now produced a new style 'over-boom cockpit' cover, which replaces the previous separate boom and cockpit covers (Still available if required). Made in Top Gun, and available in a complete range of colours which comes complete with 'easyfit' clip kit, keeping the boat dry and protected whilst left on the mooring and offers the best handing of the Mainsail when flaked over the boom.
